Growing up in an active, health-conscious environment, I developed a strong passion for strength, wellness, and longevity from a young age. My goal with this program is to ultimately give you the knowledge, confidence, and tools to improve your quality of life. In doing so, I will show you how diet and exercise can affect these aspects to ensure you live a strong and healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym.
In an era where social media is so prevalent, it’s easy to catch yourself comparing yourself to others and society's standards.
Having a helping hand in someone’s journey to becoming a better version of themselves mentally and physically is a rewarding feeling.
This is a career that allows me to use my knowledge of the human body to implement creative ways to promote a healthier lifestyle. Good Vibes!
Having worked around injuries as a three-sport athlete and going to work alongside some of the nation’s top strength coaches at UCLA Football Performance, I have learned what it takes to keep the human body healthy and functioning at peak performance. I learned that obtaining optimal health and peak performance results in aesthetics as a natural bi-product.
I am a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with a deep understanding of biomechanics and optimizing health. I help my clients lose weight, gain muscle, and move pain-free by addressing weak links through the kinetic chain and taking a holistic approach toward exercise and nutrition.
I’m from Lecheria, Venezuela, and I started working out when I was 15 years old. I became a cycling instructor in 2004 and began sharing my experience and knowledge with others in 2012. My favorite exercises are the air bike, Bulgarian split lunges, back squats, DB chest press, burpees, and any movement using a resistance band.
My favorite go-to snacks are Muscle-Up Oats and poke bowls.
When it comes to fitness, my mentality is that every day counts. With each rep, you’re closer to your goals — you just have to show up and try your best!
Dariana fell in love with sports and fitness from a young age. She stayed active through different stages of her life. Running and doing half marathons was a big one until she found suspension training and group fitness classes; that’s when her fitness journey changed. Her favorite part of coaching is noticing how her students get stronger and seeing them crush their workouts. She loves to build challenging, effective, enjoyable, and fun classes, making it easier for you to stay motivated and committed to your goals.

My name is Stephanie Martin. I am a yoga teacher from San Diego, CA. My passion is to share the gifts of yoga through both movements and meditation. I am enthusiastic about guiding students back to themselves.
As a former dancer, cheerleader, and athlete, I understood movement as a means to connect and process life. Naturally, dance, yoga, and fitness became an everyday part of life that I couldn’t do without. I started teaching dance and various fitness classes during college and never really stopped. I graduated with a BA in Political Science and Business Administration from USC. I’ve completed over 500 hours of combined yoga teacher training in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hot Fusion, Hot 26, and Yoga Sculpt, and I am certified in TRX. I do what I do now because it has served and supported me through traumatic moments in life, and I hope to hold that same space for everyone who takes my class. I like to thank my students for being my teacher and thank my teachers for being amazing mentors. I am blessed and grateful to share this amazing space with you all!
Melissa’s journey to becoming a yoga and fitness instructor started at a young age. Dance, sports, and fitness have been part of her life since she was a child. Her dance, fitness, and anatomy knowledge has helped her create her unique teaching style. You can expect a well-balanced class with great music when you take Melissa’s class. She hopes to inspire, uplift and empower her students through mindful movement.
I began my yoga journey in 2009, immediately after graduating high school. Yoga opened up a whole new world for me — a world of self-love, compassion, peace, inspiration, and true identity. From that moment on, I knew that my calling would be to guide and inspire others to live a health-conscious lifestyle focusing on both physical and mental/emotional health. In 2010 I became a 200 hr certified yoga instructor. Later in 2014, I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Kinesiology, deepening my understanding of the human body and becoming a group fitness & personal trainer. In 2015 I went to India to complete my 300hr yoga teacher training, becoming a 500 hr E-RYT. Since then, I have led multiple yoga teacher trainings, hosted yearly yoga retreats, and also became a certified holistic nutritionist and herbalist. I am also currently studying to become a pelvic steam facilitator this year!
